PH mostly cloudy with scattered rain on Monday – Pagasa

/ 08:43 AM October 22, 2018

Most parts of the country will have cloudy skies and scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms on Monday.

The intertropical convergence zone is affecting Mindanao and Palawan, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

Quezon, the Bicol Region and the rest of Mimaropa are affected by the northeasterly surface windflow.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have fair weather but localized thunderstorms are expected.

Pagasa also warned of possible flash floods or landslides from the thunderstorms. /cbb
