Former Interior Secretary Mar Roxas filed on Tuesday his certificate of candidacy for the 2019 polls, as he eyes to return to the Senate in next year’s elections.
Roxas will join the senatorial slate of the opposition Liberal Party.
He ran but lost to President Rodrigo Duterte in the 2016 elections. /cbb
