A magnitude 4.3 earthquake rocked Quezon province Monday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
In its third update, Phivolcs reported that the quake hit 8 kilometers (km) northwest of Panukulan, Quezon, at 9:56 a.m.
The earthquake of tectonic origin had a depth of 1 km.
It was felt at Intensity IV in Panukulan, Burdeos, and Infanta, Quezon; Intensity III in Quezon City and Real, Quezon; and Intensity II in Navotas City.
Instrumental Intensity IV was felt in Infanta, Quezon.
