LOOK: Political supporters add color to COC filing

Before the gates opened at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Monday for the filing of certificates of candidacy (COCs), supporters of senatorial aspirants flocked to the Palacio del Gobernador and added color to the festive atmosphere outside.

Supporters of reelectionist Senator Cynthia Villar, senatorial hopefuls Magdalo Rep. Gary Alejano, Akbayan Rep. Tom Villarin and Maguindanao 2nd District Rep. Zajid “Dong” Mangudadatu, who will run under the ruling party Partido Demokratiko Pilipino–Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban), were present as early as 7:30 a.m to show support for their respective candidates on the third day of the filing of COCs.
