At last, 2 bettors hit UltraLotto 6/58 jackpot of P1.18 billion

Two bettors finally bagged the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office UltraLotto 6/58 jackpot on Sunday night’s draw.

According to PCSO, two bettors guessed the winning combination of 40-50-37-25-01-45 with a jackpot of P1,180,622,508.

Meanwhile, 100 bettors nearly hit the jackpot when they only five correct numbers from the winning combination, earning them P169,930 each, according to draw results released by PCSO.

According to the PCSO website, bettors who get five numbers can win as much as P280,000, but the prize can vary depending on “the total sales generated and the number of winners on the particular draw.”

The UltraLotto 6/58 jackpot, based on PCSO draw results, has been up for grabs since Feb. 18, 2018 with a starting jackpot of P49.5 million, until the prize blew up to more than P1.18 billion, the highest in PCSO history.

The biggest jackpot won in the history of PCSO was in 2010 when it reached P741 million. A lone bettor in Olongapo City in Zambales took home the Grand Lotto 6/55 jackpot via a “lucky pick” combination of numbers: 11-16-42-47-31-37. /atm
