Money lender shot dead in Quezon
LUCENA CITY – A woman, allegedly engaged in money lending, was shot and killed by a still unidentified gunman in Infanta town in Quezon province Friday night, police said.
Chief Insp. Lowell Atienza, Infanta police chief, said 55-year-old Dianina Coralde was shot in the head by the gunman while she was standing in front of a motorcycle shop in Barangay (village) Poblacion 39 around 6:30 p.m.
The suspect fled on foot after the shooting, police said.
Coralde, who is also manager of Diane Real Estate Brokerage, died on the spot, Atienza said.
