THE Herminigilda F. Gloria Elementary School in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental was the recipient of a newly built preschool classroom donated by the Dumaguete Cathedral Credit Cooperative.

The classroom worth P500,000 was turned over in a ceremony held last Nov. 23 and attended by Dumaguete City Mayor Manuel Sagarbarria, City Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Ramir Uytico, and cooperative chairman of the Board of Directors and City Administrator William Ablong.

Ablong said the move is in line with the cooperative’s aim of serving the community. “The entire community is responsible for molding the minds of these young people so they become the future leaders of the country,” he added.
