The Metro Rail Transit line 3 (MRT-3) has received a “Certificate of Collaboration” from the Strategic Action Response (STAR) Office.

The certificate was awarded Monday to MRT-3 after it complied with the requirements for the “collaboration of the implementation and operation of the 8888 Citizens’ Complaints Hotline.”

According to the MRT-3 management, the citation only proves that they address the concerns of the public regarding the supervision of the train line.

The commendation was personally handed to MRT-3 General Manager Rodolfo Garcia by STAR Office officials led by Usec. Dale Cabrera, Atty. EJ Ting, Director Gayle Gloria, and Andre Caindic. /kga
