The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Monday said that winning the estimated P1-billion jackpot in the Ultra Lotto 6/58 is a one in a 40 million chance.
To be exact, PCSO Assistant General Manager for Gaming Sector Arnel Cases said the odds of winning in Ultra Lotto 6/58 is 1 in 40. 4 million.
According to Cases, locals and foreigners alike can bet on their luck for the P1-billion prize as long as they are 18 years old and above, and have valid tickets.
“No restrictions on tourists and foreigners. For so long you have the valid ticket, you can claim your prize,” Casas told INQUIRER.net in a text message.
Cases said the jackpot for the Ultra Lotto 6/58 will likely hit the P1-billion mark for its Tuesday night draw.
Last Sunday, the Ultra Lotto 6/58 had a prize of P954,503,164 for the winning numbers: 30–41-53-04-02-54. But nobody won.
To recall, the biggest jackpot won in the history of PCSO was in 2010 when it reached P741 million. A lone bettor in Olongapo City in Zambales took home the Grand Lotto 6/55 jackpot via a “lucky pick” combination of numbers: 11-16-42-47-31-37. /kga
