Resigned Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson told publicity-hungry lawmakers on Wednesday to wait for her come back as she returned to blogging.

Speaking to reporters after declaring her resignation during a hearing of the Senate finance committee on Wednesday, Uson said she would be taking the fight online against lawmakers who harshly criticized her while she was still in government.

“Marami dyan, yung mga epal na mga senador at mga kongresista. Sumosobra na sila eh,” Uson said in an ambush interview.

“Abangan nyo na lang. May blog naman ako, raratsada tayo doon. Bakbakan na ‘to, bakbakan na talaga ‘to,” she said.

(Watch out. I have a blog. I will hit them there. This is war. There is no more holding back.)

She also said that she would also get back at militant groups that attacked her.

“Syempre sila, ‘yung mga kaliwang grupo – mayroon pang party-list, ang tanong saan nila ginagamit yung budget nila?” Uson said.

(Those leftist groups – there’s even a party-list group – where did they use their budgets?)

The resigned PCOO assistant secretary said she would go back to blogging and continue to be the voice of the ordinary people.

“Balik ako sa pagiging blogger. At kung paano ako nagsimula na ipaglaban si Pangulong Duterte at yung mga walang boses sa lipunan ay mas doble,” she said.

(I’m going back to being a blogger. And the effort I put in fighting for President Duterte and for those who have no voice in society will double.)

Uson attributed her resignation to congressmen who consistently blocked the PCOO’s budget in the congressional hearings. /cbb
