CITY OF CALAPAN – A port employee tagged as a high-value target was arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by police and anti-drugs agents in Roxas town, Oriental Mindoro province on Sunday night, police said Monday.
Supt. Imelda Tolentino, Mimaropa (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan) police information officer, said Wilberto Ramos, 39, a Dangay Port employee, was arrested in a buy-bust in Barangay Dangay at around 6 p.m.
Two plastic sachets containing suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) of still undetermined value was confiscated with the marked money used by agents during the buy-bust. /ee
