LA TRINIDAD, BENGUET – Around 3,000 Benguet residents from various towns were each given P3,000-worth of relief goods on Tuesday from Cielito “Honeylet” Avanceña, the common-law wife of President Duterte.

Avanceña met families who suffered the devastation wrought by Typhoon “Ompong” at the Benguet Sports Complex.

The facility was packed with about 3,000 people, some of them farmers who were told they would be receiving seed capital.
