LOOK: Key LP members arrive for executive council meeting

Key members of the Liberal Party (LP), including Vice President Leni Robredo and former President Benigno Aquino III, were present for the party’s National Executive Council Meeting in Quezon City on Tuesday.

LP President Senator Francis Pangilinan who presided over the meeting in Barangay Loyola Heights in Quezon City, said that they would announce three nominated candidates for the 2019 senatorial elections later in the program.

The meeting was also attended by LP members Senator Bam Aquino, Representatives Teddy Baguilat, Kit Belmonte, Edgar Erice, Edcel Lagman, Miro Quimbo.

Other personalities seen in the event were former-Representative Erin Tañada, former Budget Secretary Florencio Abad and former Transportation Secretary Jun Abaya. /cbb
