The Philippine Federation of the Deaf (PFD) will file a complaint against Presidential Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson over a controversial video making fun of sign language.
They are set to file the complaint before the Office of the Ombudsman on Thursday.

The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) said it has started the investigation of the case as it is part of their “mandate to protect the rights of the vulnerable sector” and to recognize the complaint filed by the PFD.
Uson posted the controversial video on Facebook to promote their DWIZ noontime radio show. At the start of the clip, she asked pro-Duterte blogger Drew Olivar: “Mag-language sign ka (Do sign language).” Olivar obliged, then proceeded to make fun of it. /ee
