Never akong magri-reason out dahil kapag mali ka, mali talaga (I apologize to PWD (persons with disability). I am deeply humbled. I know that I am wrong. I am not going to reason out. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Please forgive that I am insensitive and childish),” he added.
