A magnitude 4.6 earthquake hit San Isidro, Davao Oriental, on Sunday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
The Phivolcs report showed that the quake hit 7 kilometers (km) southeast of Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental, at 8:03 a.m.
The tremor of tectonic origin had a depth of 5 km.
The Phivolcs reported that no damage and aftershocks could be expected from the earthquake. /cbb
