Power outage in parts of Marikina due to ‘emergency line problem’ — Meralco

Power interruption occurred in some areas of Marikina City late afternoon Friday due to an “emergency line problem,” The Manila Electric Company (Meralco) said.

Electricity supply was cut around 5:38 p.m. and would likely return five hours later, according to Meralco.


These affected areas were Barangays Barangka, Calumpang, Jesus De La Peña, Malanday, San Roque, Santa Elena, Santo Niño, and Tañong. /kga
