DAGUPAN CITY – A construction worker died while his son was seriously hurt when their motorcycle collided with a kuliglig (a farm tractor attached to a trailer) at the San Francisco village road in Bugallon town on Wednesday afternoon.

Bernard Soriano, 35, and his son, Christian Dexter, were struck by the kuliglig driven by Ricardo Malicdem, 50, at the curve of the road. The impact threw off Soriano who landed seven meters away from the motorcycle.

They were rushed to a hospital but Soriano was pronounced dead on arrival. His son was treated for multiple injuries. Yolanda Sotelo/lb
