Italian cruise ship visits Subic Bay

SUBIC BAY FREEPORT – An Italian cruise ship, carrying mostly Chinese tourists, has returned to this free port on Tuesday.

MV Costa Atlantica docked at the Alava Wharf here at about 7 a.m. This is the 12th visit of the cruise ship to Subic Bay.

Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority Chairman and Administrator led the welcome ceremony for the foreign passengers of the Spirit-class cruise ship

It carries around 2,600 Chinese passengers scheduled to visit tourist destinations here and nearby provinces.

It will stay in the Freeport for the day. #
