PNP reshuffles key regional posts

A minor shakeup in key positions of the Philippine National Police (PNP) has some its generals reassigned to different posts.

In the letter released on Monday, dated Sept. 7, 2018, Director General Oscar Albayalde, PNP chief, ordered the assignment of Senior Supt. Eliseo Cruz, former Highway Patrol Group (HPG) deputy chief, as the acting district director of the Southern Police District (SPD).


Chief Supt. Tomas Apolinario, outgoing SPD director, was assigned as the acting regional director of the Mimaropa Police Regional Office (PRO 4B).

Chief Supt. Emmanuel Luis Licup, former PRO-4B director, was designated to head the Zamboanga Peninsula Police Regional Office (PRO 9). /atm
