High-ranking officials of the Philippine National Police (PNP) gave awards to the participants and winners of the PNP Oca Cup on Monday during the flag raising ceremony at Camp Crame.
PNP Chief Director General Oscar Albayalde and National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Chief Director Guillermo Eleazar congratulated the winners of the three-day shootfest from August 23 to 26 in Barangay Fortune, Marikina City.
Both Albayalde and Eleazar also recognized the Officers’ Ladies Club (OLC), who helped NCRPO and other partners in organizing the event. /vvp
