Another bomb threat disrupts classes at Gordon College in Olongapo

OLONGAPO CITY — Students and staff members of Gordon College here were evacuated from campus following a second bomb threat on Wednesday (Sept. 5).

An anonymous person sent the threat to one of a teacher at the school at about 2 p.m.

Bomb disposal personnel inspected all areas in the campus. Finding no bomb, they allowed classes scheduled at 6 p.m. to proceed, according to Senior Insp. Norman San Esteban, commander of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team of the Olongapo City Police Office.

Investigators said the supposed bomber used the same number used three months ago in another bomb threat on the same school. /atm
