LEGAZPI CITY – Four persons were arrested by anti-drugs operatives in separate buy-bust operations on Monday and Tuesday in Camarines Sur.
Manuelito De Lima and Juvy De Lima of Iriga City were arrested by police operatives armed with a search warrant at their residence in Barangay (village) San Francisco at around 3:55 a.m. Tuesday.
The two were facing charges for violation of the comprehensive anti-illegal drug act, according to Chief Insp. Maria Luisa Calubaquib, spokesperson of the Bicol police.
In Naga City, anti-narcotics operatives arrested Jaggi Singh, an Indian national engaged in money lending business, after selling suspected ‘shabu’ (crystal meth) to an undercover policeman in Barangay Tinago at around 7:13 p.m. Monday, police said.
Earlier that day, police also held Jonald Raro, a bus conductor, for selling suspected shabu to an undercover policeman in Barangay Penafrancia at 12:50 p.m. MAR S. ARGUELLES
