Police release victims’ names of Sultan Kudarat blast

A wounded man is seen inside the Sultan Kudarat provincial hospital in Isulan town following the latest explosion in the town Sunday night, September 2, 2018.

DAVAO CITY — Police have identified the victims of Sunday night’s bomb blast in Isulan town in Sultan Kudarat.

Police earlier reported that at least one person was killed in the explosion. They identified him as Jan Mark Lupa, an 18-year old student of the Sultan Kudarat State University and a resident of Biwang Bagumbayan in the same town.

Some of the blast victims are still being treated in various hospitals, namely: Holy Nazarene Clinic and Hospital, Isulan Medical Specialist and Sultan Kudarat Provincial Hospital.
