Overcast skies are expected over parts of Luzon as the southwest monsoon continues to affect Northern and Central Luzon, the state weather bureau said Tuesday.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
Light to moderate and at times heavy rains may bring flash floods and landslides.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains.
Pagasa also advised against sea travel in the northern and western section of Northern Luzon. /cbb
