Fire hits canteen near Greenhills mall
MANILA, Philippines – Fire hit a canteen near the Greenhills Shopping Center in San Juan City Thursday, a fire official said.
Fire Officer 1 Gary Noriega, radio operator, said the blaze began in the employees’ canteen behind Unimart Supermarket.
He said the fire began at 8:27 a.m. and was declared out at 8:40 a.m.

The cause of the fire, which reached the first alarm, is still undetermined.
No one was reported injured in the incident.
