Student arrested in Cebu for possession of half-kilo shabu

CEBU CITY — A 29-year-old student was collared by the police in Abellana town Monday morning for possession of 500 grams of suspected illegal drugs.

The suspect was identified as Rinheart Moreno, of Sitio Upper Kawayanan, Barangay Sambag 2, Cebu City.

Seized from Moreno were 500 grams of suspected shabu. /cbb
