LIST: Canceled flights due to ‘excessive delays’

Stranded passengers wait for their flight at the NAIA Terminal 1 after Chinese passenger plane Xiamen Airlines overshot its landing before midnight on thursday . Several flights were canceled and diverted due to the closure of runway 06/24 until noon on saturday.

The Manila International Airport Authorities (Miaa) monitored on Sunday a number of canceled flights “due to excessive flight delays.”

In an advisory, the Miaa said that a total of 51 international and local flights were affected by the cancelation:
