Naia runway closure canceled 70 local, international flights — Miaa

A total of 70 local and international flights were canceled on Saturday following the closure of runway 06/24 at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA)

According to the latest count of the Manila International Aviation Authority (Miaa), the  flights were canceled as 12:30 p.m.

Miaa however announced that runway 06/24 returned to flight operations at 11:28 a.m.

The Miaa also noted that majority of the affected flights on Saturday were from Cebu Pacific with 65 canceled flights.
