SAN PEDRO CITY – Two suspected drug pushers were killed in a shootout in Imus City in Cavite province on Thursday.
Policemen conducted an anti-drug sting operation when the suspects engaged the law enforcers in a gunfight around 3 a.m. in Barangay (village) Malagasang 1-B, a report from the regional police said.
The police shot back and killed the suspects.
The Cavite police have not yet identified the slain men or determined the amount of suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) recovered from them as of posting time. MARICAR CINCO
