Rape suspect falls in Zamboanga Del Sur

PAGADIAN CITY – Police arrested a 48-year-old man who had six warrants of arrest related to acts of lasciviousness, rape and sexual abuse.

The Police Regional Mobile Force Battalion and Dumingag police served the warrants to Virgilio Balanay Ocay, 48, on Monday at Sitio Parke, Purok 6, Barangay Salvador, Dumingag town, Zamboanga del Sur.

Chief Inspector Andrew Limod, Dumingag police chief, said Ocay had warrants of arrest for rape, sexual abuse, acts of lasciviousness and sexual assault.

Limod said two victims acquainted with the suspect filed the cases.
