Bad weather cancels anew Duterte’s aerial inspection of flood-hit areas

President Rodrigo Duterte’s inspection of flood-hit areas in the National Capital Region and nearby provinces has been canceled again.

“[Duterte’s] Aerial Inspection is canceled,” the advisory read. The President, according to a Palace advisory, was scheduled for an aerial inspection of the flood-hit areas on Monday.

A source in Malacañang said bad weather was the apparent reason for the cancellation.

On Sunday, Special Assistant to the President Christopher “Bong” Go said Duterte was supposed to conduct the aerial inspection but was canceled due to bad weather.  /vvp
