Work deferred at SC, CA, CTA, Sandigan, NCR courts from 12 noon, Aug. 13

Acting Chief Justice Antonio Carpio has suspended work in all courts in the National Capital Judicial Region including Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Court of Tax Appeals and Sandiganbayan starting 12 noon Monday.

On the other hand, Carpio said Executive Judges in other areas severely affected by the persistent rain and flood may exercise their discretion to suspend work in their respective trial courts.  /kga
