Operatives carried out their anti-illegal drugs sting around past midnight Wednesday in Barangay Palampas in San Carlos City. The suspects scampered and abandoned the suspected shabu upon sensing that their buyers were agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).

Aside from the alleged illegal drugs, authorities also recovered a cellphone, a motorcycle, and the P6.8-million boodle money from the buy-bust scene. /kga
