SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — A man died while another was seriously injured when a motorcycle slammed into a concrete barrier along Barangay Luna on Saturday night, a belated police report said.
Back rider Justine San Jose, 33, was killed instantly when the strong impact threw him off the motorcycle. The driver, Romnick Ace Carpio, 30, suffered severe injuries.
Police said the victims were traveling at high speed when Carpio lost control of the vehicle and crashed at 9:20 p.m.
The victims were brought to the hospital, but San Jose was declared dead on arrival. /ee
