Dozens avail of dental services in Carreta

A PACKED barangay hall of Carreta, Cebu City was the site of Visayan Electric Company’s (Veco) first dental mission on Nov. 4.

Forty-six young and old patients trooped to the venue to avail of free tooth extraction and other dental procedures from three dentists.

The dentists also reminded the patients, especially children, to practice good oral hygiene.

Providing health care to the community is one of Veco’s core community projects.

Carreta barangay captain Eduardo Lauron was grateful to the power company for bringing the free dental services to his barangay.

Community relations manager Eric Ching promised to hold dental missions every year at different barangays covered by Veco’s franchise area.
