The University of the Philippines (UP) on Friday announced that it is extending the deadline for the submission of application for UP College Admission Test (UPCAT) due to the suspension of classes and flooding in some areas.

The deadline for Metro Manila public high schools has been extended until Monday, August 6.

“The Office of Admissions is still open for processing applications today,” UP said in a statement.
