After celebrating a record-setting streak of “no unloading” incidents for 29 consecutive days, a Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) southbound train unloaded passengers at the Araneta Center-Cubao Station in Quezon City due to an electrical failure at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
The whole train was unloaded, with approximately 420 passengers., MRT said in an advisory.

Passengers were loaded in the next train which arrived nine minutes later.
The last time an unloading incident happened at MRT was on July 3, when a southbound train suffered an electrical failure and unloaded 850 passengers at the Guadalupe Station. /vvp
