LOOK: PNP chief leads ‘Clean Rider’ motorcade

Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Director General Oscar Albayalde led various rider groups in a motorcade against motorcycle-riding suspects (MRS), after the launching of the Clean Rider campaign plan.

According to the estimated number from National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), 5,000 motorcycle riders participated in the event, which was also attended by high-ranking PNP officials.
