Two separate earthquakes jolted Ilocos Sur and Davao Occidental on Wednesday afternoon.
A magnitude-4 earthquake hit Ilocos Sur at 2:25 in the afternoon, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) announced in a tweet.
