A businessman was killed when a security guard of a condominium in Binondo, Manila, shot him during a heated argument on Monday afternoon.
Footage from CCTV cameras near the area where the shooting incident happened was uploaded on social media and quickly went viral.
Albert Lee So, 40, died while being treated at the Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital around 3:39 p.m. after he was shot several times by Joel Baet of Fast Link International Security Agency, Inc. who was stationed as security guard at iPacific Residences condominium.
Also wounded in the shooting incident were Vivian Ilagan, 40, a security guard at the building fronting the condominium; Pinky Loraine Velasco Flores, 7; her sister Rosalina Velasco, 10; and Jesse Falcuitin, 34. They were all taken to an unidentified hospital.
The video footage showed So and Baet having an argument over a parking issue. So also apparently hit the guard which prompted the latter to draw his gun and fire at So.
