/ 01:41 PM July 23, 2018

The province of Cavite on Sunday was placed under a state of calamity due to persistent heavy rainfall from the southwest monsoon or “habagat” and consecutive typhoons.

Cavite Gov. Jesus Crispin “Boying” Remulla told citizens in a Facebook post to refrain from going outside their houses and observe safety measures.
