PAGADIAN CITY – Around 50 grams of suspected shabu worth P340,000 were recovered from three alleged drug pushers arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Poblacion, Ipil town in Zamboanga Sibugay on Sunday afternoon.
Chief Insp. Helen Galvez, police regional office spokesperson, identified the suspects as Reymark Panoncillon Sandoval also known as “Rey or Ryan”, 28, of Purok Ilang-Ilang, Taway, Ipil town; Mohalidin Engil Musa, 28, of Purok Bagong Silang Lapaoan, Malangas town; and Redden Madag Principe, 31, of Purok Muswagon, Tuburan village in Malangas town.
Galvez said aside from the 50 grams of suspected shabu, operatives also recovered from the suspects the P1,000-bill buy-bust money placed on top of the boodle money.
The three suspects will be charged for violations of Section 26, in relation to Section 5 and Section 12, Article II of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. /kga
