The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) earlier warned that heavy rainfall due to prevailing southwest monsoon enhanced by Tropical Storm “Inday” will persist in many parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila.
Visayas and Mindanao, on the other hand, will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rain showers and thunderstorms, Pagasa also said. /kga
