FLOOD ALERT: List of flooded areas on July 20, 2018

Heavy rainfall due to prevailing southwest monsoon enhanced by Tropical Storm “Inday” caused flooding in several areas in Metro Manila on Friday.

According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Inday has slightly strengthened Friday morning and likely to bring more rain in many parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila.

Here’s a collated list of flooded areas posted by the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and some local government units in their social media accounts:

Makati City

Tunnel at Barangay Magallanes – waters subsided (as of 7:34 am)

Pasong Tamo Street, Waltermart area – 24 inches, passable to all vehicles (as o 4:00 am)

Southside Fox and Centurino – 24 inches, passable to all vehicles (as of 4:00 am)

Rizal Daffodil to Blueboz and Sampaguita Street – 24 inches, passable to all vehicles (as of 4:00 am)

La Paz – Mola Street, Primo De Rivera, Pasong Tamo, Cervera, Arcimedes corner Flordeliz, Godet Onyx corner Primo De Rivera – 24 inches, not passable (as of 7:34 am)
