Aquino still in lookout bulletin

Former President Benigno Aquino III, former Budget Secretary Florencio Abad Jr. and former Health Secretary Janette Garin remain in the Department of Justice (DOJ) immigration lookout bulletin due to the ongoing probe of the P3.5-billion dengue mass immunization program.

Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said he had not lifted his predecessor Vitaliano Aguirre II’s order that required the three to get DOJ clearance before traveling abroad.

“The lookout bulletin order issued on them is not yet lifted,” Guevarra said. —DONA Z. PAZZIBUGAN
