The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Thursday led Metro Manila residents in staging an “unannounced” earthquake drill in preparation for the expected 7.2 magnitude tremblor or “The Big One.”
The drill started at exactly 1:00 in the afternoon with alarms aired by radio stations.

Earlier, the MMDA said it will make the conduct of its fourth earthquake drill a “surprise” as “no one can predict when an earthquake will happen.”
