SAN PEDRO CITY – Police arrested four people in separate anti-drug operations in Cavite and Rizal provinces on Tuesday.
Dan Paulo Bayot was arrested 12:30 a.m. in Barangay (village) Tramo-Marulas in Kawit town, Cavite province, according to a report from the regional police headquarters.
Local police conducting surveillance in the vicinity chanced upon Bayot as he was allegedly selling two plastic sachets of marijuana. Bayot’s cohort had escaped during the arrest.
Still in Cavite, drug suspects Ramoncho Bicua and Maximiano Pelenio were arrested in a buy-bust operation also around 12:30 a.m. in Barangay Sta. Fe, Dasmariñas City. Police recovered seven sachets of suspected “shabu” (crystal meth).
In Rizal, suspected drug dealer Mon Kester Cruz alias Tatat was arrested around 2:30 a.m. in Barangay Burgos, Rodriguez town. The police said recovered were seven packets of alleged shabu. MARICAR CINCO
