Pagasa also said that Southeast Monsoon (Habagat) will continue to bring rain over Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Mindoro Provinces, Palawan, and Western Visayas.

Henry was last located at 4:00 p.m. 180 kilometers east southeast of Calayan, Cagayan.
