Caloocan cops arrest 6 for robbery, drug use

Caloocan City police officers arrested six persons for alleged involvement in robbery and use of illegal drugs on Thursday.

Police identified the arrested suspects as Kenneth Velarde Quintos, 38; Aljun Malilis Cintar, 29; Gyn Carlo Quebral, 30; Mark Christian Atencia, 32; Joseph Vincent Danoy, 32; and Ace Mayor Laconico, 29.

According to the Caloocan Police the suspects were newly identified drug personalities and have not yet been included in the city’s drug watchlist.

Seized from the suspects were three pieces of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing shabu, a pocket knife and a mobile phone.

Police said police officers were conducting a routine patrol when a baramgay tanned (village watchman) sought their help about a robbery.
